Connecting with Tri-County Web Consulting was one of the best things we’ve ever done. As a nonprofit company, we had found it very difficult to locate a firm that would care for and maintain the online edition of our newspaper for a reasonable fee.

Tri-County Web Consulting upgraded our existing site quickly and efficiently, and at a price that we could afford. With the upgrade came several enhancements that we had been wanting for years, including a mechanism for e-commerce, an improved photo gallery, user-friendly calendars of events and an RSS feed from the news service to which we subscribe. Tri-County Web Consulting also has suggested other enhancements or told us what others are already available for whenever we want to take advantage of them down the line.

Working with John Orzell, Tri-County’s webmaster, is a pleasure. He is quick to respond to questions and problems, and is a patient teacher when necessary.

Beyond all of that, though, Tri-County Web Consulting understands the nature of our company and its mission, and maintains the Web site with regard to them.

From history to politics, I have been involved with my community on a variety of diverse levels. News in a small, rural New England community is often hard to come by, yet that same news is often critical to communicate.

I have entrusted TriCounty Web Consulting with the care and maintenance of all four web sites I am responsible for. I've never been disappointed. The webmaster, John Orzell, responds to requests for updates quickly -- far more quickly than you will see with other website companies. Also, since I deal with non-profit organizations, the fees are extremely reasonable.

In the past, I've also been responsible for other short-term websites that are no longer active. My total experience with TriCounty Web Consulting is seven sites. I wouldn't use anyone else because of the positive results I've seen with their service.

I should also add that the webmaster often suggests enhancements to one of my sites, enhancements that have proven to be very popular with readers.

The reports can be sent to you at a rate you desire: weekly, monthly, or even daily. These reports are part of the service, and are sent automatically, free of charge.
